To make the best use of your space there are several factors you should consider before choosing an LCD screen. These include : Screen size, viewing distance and height/viewing perspective. The size of the screen you choose depends on the viewing distance.

We recommend the following viewing distances for chosen screen size:

  • For 14 - 22" screens - a viewing distance of 1 to 2m back
  • For 23 - 32" screens - a viewing distance of 2 to 3m back
  • For 31 - 42" screens - a viewing distance of 3 to 4m back

      The Vogels EFF 1140 is a floor stand for LCD screens from 25 to 42". The EFF 1140 is an universal support and can be placed easily anywhere you want. It offers an optimal viewing position by the turn function.

    Vogels Q8250 Motorised Screen Lift Cabinet

    This universal flat screen lift cabinet can be used for a Plasma and LCD screens up to 50" (127cm) depending on the dimensions (HxWxD) and weight (max. 70 kg/ 154 lbs) of the screen. You can place max. 2 pcs of audio and DVD equipment into the cabinet behind the crystallite safety glass sliding doors.

    One touch on the remote control opens the cabinet. The front slides down and the screen moves up into place. This ensures an optimal viewing position and conceals valuable equipment out of sight to reduce the chance of theft. This cabinet has also two side cupboards (which can hold DVD’s, CD’s and an electrical socket outlet) and a multiple Cable Inlay System (CIS®) which will cleverly hide all your cables.

    Vogels Q6250 LCD Television mount and cabinet

    Vogel’s latest Q6250 cabinet makes it possible to mount your LCD flat screen right on a high quality sturdy cabinet. You can create your own standalone entertainment system by mounting your flat screen directly on the Perugia Column.

    The Perugia column provides strong and secure support for your expensive flat screen which seems to hover above the shelves creating a very roomy look and feel. You can easily turn your screen to any viewing perspective (max. 45º = 22.5 º each side left and right). This cabinet is 150 cm wide and has one shelf for your AV equipment, making it ideal for Plasma and LCD screens up to 50” large. Three pieces of audio and DVD equipment can be stored in the cabinet. The shelf is made of crystallite tempered safety glass.

    Side cupboards provide extra storage room for CDs, DVDs and a multiple electrical socket. The door stop ensures that the doors close smoothly. All cables can be tucked and concealed in the unique Vogel’s Cable Inlay System (CIS®). You can easily move the furniture on the hidden wheels and there is extra storage room in the self-closing drawer for your remote, TV guide, etc.
